Also a free app, MyPlate is connected to the LIVESTRONG.com website. Similar functionality to the MyFitnessPal app, it is absolutely a great alternative if you are a frequent user of the associated website. You can check it out here.
While we do not find the need for this app which is $4.99, it for sure can be a bit more comprehensive than our other choices. Containing more information about micronutrients and even information pertaining to things such as caffeine content, this app does not leave much for surprise.
